Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Stripes Reveiw!

I recently purchased the Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Stripe in the design Skinny Jeans.

Pros-

SO ADORABLE!
They have come out with a lot of different designs

Cons-

Hard to apply
Almost impossible to fit each nail well
Expensive
Chipped in the first HOUR i put them on...and I put seche vite over top. (urg)
After I applied them they looked horrid.
It took forever to get them off!


Overall Opinion: I give props to Sally Hansen for thinking of this but it just doesn't seem practical. 8-9 dollars a box is way to much to spend when they chip in the first hour. My nails looked like a glued paper to them after I did it. It also took 45-60 minutes for me to apply them. Also it took FOREVER to get them off.

Would I purchase them again: NO! Some people are in love with them but i personally do not like them at all.

MAC: Semi Precious Collection!

I was on the MAC website today and of coarse I watched videos and read blog posts about the semi precious collections but I think they are sooo gorgeous. The eye shadows I really like are:

Hint of Sapphire


The Materialized Eye shadows are Baked minerals refined into a powder formula provide exceptionally sheer and lightweight application. Colour builds lightly, layer after layer, without heavy coverage.


I really like all of the items in the collection but I really love the eye shadows in this collections! In the comments below tell me what your favorite thing in the collection is!
